Sometimes it is a major event in your life, such as losing a job or finding out you have a health issue that causes you to examine the way you are living your life. Sometimes it is waking up one day and realizing you deserve true joy and abundance.
For me it was both. It was also coming to the understanding that I didn’t have to go it alone and neither do you.
